Requirement gathering
I started with understanding the requirements of the project and the deliverables with the help of the SOW shared by client. I then discussed the technical boundaries and the scope with the engineering team.

Ideation & Wireframes
Understanding the requirements helped me define the key features of the app. I used this information to generate ideas around the flow and the IA of the app. Even though HP iPass is an app with limited screens, considering all the flows including the error cases was challenging as some of the error cases were very technical.

Content & Translations
The app supports 32 different languages. After finalizing the UX and the content of each case in detail, I documented the content which later was used by another team for localization.

UX documentation
Documenting the task flows, wireframes and error cases helped me set up a clear communication between teams. I compiled the final designs in a single document, which then was used by the development team, product managers and the client.

UI
I worked on creating visuals by keeping the brand identity in mind

Specification sheets
I created specification sheets using Photoshop to specify the text, font, color and spacing on the screens. This guideline helped developers follow the defined UX & UI.

UX & UI testing
To confirm correct execution regarding UX and UI, I tested the developed product, documented the areas of correction and then shared it back with the development team for refinement.
